Rob Delman

Rob is Managing Director of Golden Seeds, an angel investor organization targeting women-led ventures with the potential to grow into multi-million dollar business, and a Partner in the ARC Angel Fund and Canrock Ventures, both of which invest in seed and early-stage companies with high growth potential. Rob serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and also as an Advisor, Columbia University Lang Center for Entrepreneurship where he has co-taught the MBA-level classes “Introduction to Venturing” and as an executive mentor in “Launching New Ventures” and “The Greenhouse Program.” Rob was previously Vice President, NY for Astia, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to propel women’s full participation as entrepreneurs and leaders in high-growth businesses, fueling innovation and driving economic growth. He currently serves on Astia’s NYC Advisory Board. Rob has also been a mentor for Springboard Enterprises, a leading platform where entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts meet to build great women-led businesses. From 1985-2000 Rob was a principal and President of Delco International Ltd., a successful manufacturing and distribution company of tableware products for the food service and transportation industries. Rob holds a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia University.
