Ana Agneshwar is Co-Founder & CEO of Elevenwall. She spent more than fifteen years leading high-performing recruiting teams at companies like Citi and MSG. Ana created Elevenwall to disrupt the status quo and developed a platform that leverages sophisticated technology to improve Talent Acquisition practices. She is driven to help companies create successful and inclusive workforces. Ana is an avid believer that purpose and profit can co-exist, which are reflected in two passion projects that she is collaborating on. One that connects women to inclusive companies with progressive policies and leadership opportunities and another digital platform that democratizes access to global educational opportunities. Ana has a BSc in Psychology from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and an MSc in Educational Psychology from Baylor. She currently lives in NYC with her husband and eight year old twins. She loves to travel and aspires to visit at least one new country a year with her family.

As Dealflow Lead at Pipeline Angels, Lisha Bell (she/her) liaises with Pipeline Angels’ 300+ members to provide updates on companies in the latest pitch summit due diligence process, as well as follow-on funding opportunities with Pipeline Angels portfolio companies. Lisha is currently at Braintree, a PayPal company, where she is the lead for the Pay with Venmo Product. Lisha’s prior tenure with Wells Fargo, Kohl’s, and Feedzai in product management helped to inform a strategic look at payments, fraud, and customer experiences that examine not just the transaction itself, but also its impact on consumers from all segments. Lisha is a tireless advocate of diversity, inclusion, and access. Lisha holds a BSc in Business Administration, Information Systems from USC, as well as MBAs from UC Berkeley and Columbia Business Schools where she was recognized as the USC Widney Outstanding Alumna and 2013 Berkeley Columbia Distinguished Service Award recipient, respectively.

As a Senior HCM and Workforce Technology Leader at Dell, Karen Caveney is passionate about creating enduring value for her customers and changing the HCM solution marketplace. Karen works with HR and business leaders to deliver workforce capability that aligns with enterprise strategies. She influences HCM suppliers by advocating for the right capability and disruptive innovation. Karen recently led the successful deployment of Workday at Dell, delivering a simple, unified and harmonized HCM platform for a combined workforce of 200,000 at Dell Technologies (including Dell, Dell EMC, Dell Boomi, Virtustream, SecureWorks and RSA). Karen sits on the Executive Committee of The Conference Board’s HR Technology Council and previously served on the Steering Committee for Mercer’s HR Technology Solutions Network. Karen holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and has two decades of corporate experience in sectors including technology, financial services, and media.

Meredith Han is a Business Advisor whose expertise lies at the intersection of consumer brands and the internet. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Global Ecommerce at Brooks Sports, where she led the company’s direct to consumer internet business for nine years. Meredith started her career in strategy consulting, spent seven years in product management at Amazon.com, and worked for a Silicon Valley startup that later sold to Walmart. Meredith holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard. She lives in Seattle, WA, with her husband Peter and their three children.

Christina began her career working for Congresswoman Barbara Lee, and shortly after joined the Private Placements team at Montgomery & Co., LLC, an investment bank in SF. Her passion for consumer goods developed while managing sales at Plum District, an e-commerce startup for moms. Christina holds a BA in Politics from University of San Francisco. Janet is an Executive Coach and Founder of JAR Leadership Coaching, partnering with clients who want to challenge their thinking and actions to gain better results. For over twenty years, she worked in healthcare, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector, in various therapeutic areas where she held senior leadership roles with increased responsibility. Janet understands the corporate environment having worked in several multinational companies, including ManorCare, Sanofi-Aventis, Roche, and AstraZeneca. Over her career, she has led companies of 100+ employees inclusive of cross-functional leadership teams. Janet has a special interest in working with business leaders within healthcare, individuals leading through significant organizational transformation and those experiencing business or strategic challenges. She has coached leaders in a variety of sectors including healthcare, higher education, primary education administration, foundations, management consulting, angel funding and small business entrepreneurs. Janet currently serves as the President of Montgomery Corridor Chapter for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and formerly served as Board Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Copenhagen. Janet earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She holds a BSc in Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University and MSW from The University of Cincinnati. Janet is an avid runner and lives in the DC metro area with her husband and son.

Ann developed her expertise in PR, online publicity, social media marketing, and influencer outreach at leading agencies such as Grayling, WPP/M80 Digital, and ThinkJam Film & Entertainment Marketing. She has coordinated PR and digital campaigns for major film, consumer, and tech brands, including 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Big Heart Pet Brands, Warner Brothers, CNN, Mass Mutual, The J.M. Smucker Company, Waze, and hundreds of consumer tech startups. Ann has been a blogger for Comcast, Huffington Post, and Gawker and was one of Conde Nast’s very first bloggers at Jane Magazine. She’s a member of the Latinas & Brasileiras in Tech Club, a winner of Verizon’s Latinx Entrepreneur Award and was in the first class of the Startup Chile tech accelerator. Ann holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MA in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California. She helps startups and VC and angel firms find their stories and create breakthrough media campaigns.

A shareholder at the law firm of Banner & Witcoff, Ltd., she counsels a broad spectrum of clients seeking to protect and leverage intellectual property portfolios built around cutting-edge and core technologies. She has extensive experience with technology transactions, patent procurement and enforcement, and product clearances. Rebecca also has been engaged in the management of her law firm, serving on her firm’s board of directors for the past five years. She is an active member in several bar associations and women’s organizations, including Chicago Women in IP, where she serves on the board of directors. Rebecca received both her BSE in Chemical Engineering and JD from the University of Michigan and her MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Kaylan Sliney is based in New York City, and has been a practicing corporate attorney for ten years. Her primary practice consists of emerging technology and startup company investments, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and corporate reorganizations. Kaylan was member of Pipeline Angels’ Fall 2017 Los Angeles cohort. She was so inspired by the experience, she undertook a program through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business, in International Fashion and Luxury Management, and launched her own company, Glass Floors, to design modern, edgy corporate womenswear. Kaylan currently works full time on her new endeavor, while finding a few extra hours each day to continue practicing law. Kaylan enjoys pursuing new personal challenges in entrepreneurship, apparel design, and athletics (from Tough Mudders, summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, and completing her first marathon, to tackling Everest Base Camp this coming spring).

Anna C. Toshach is a sector manager for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. on the domestic core and large-cap growth equity team in NYC, which manages US$32B in long-only mutual fund assets. Prior to joining OFI, she spent six years supporting multiple growth equity strategies as a research analyst at Wells Capital Management in Indianapolis. Anna is a CFA Charterholder and an active leader at CFA Society NY as Vice Chair of the Young Leaders Group. Anna earned a BSc, cum laude, in Finance from Marquette University and was a member of the Applied Investment Management Program. Anna has a huge family, plays the violin, and loves athletic endeavors.

Liz White (she/her) is a digital strategy and operations executive with proven experience driving growth and transformation in media, entertainment, fashion, e-commerce, and technology at both large brands and startups. Liz currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at FULLBEAUTY Brands. Prior to this, Liz served in leadership roles within two fast-growing technology startups in the fashion and beauty industries. Most recently, Liz sits on the board and has served as the Global CEO of Soko, a fashion technology company with over one hundred employees operating in the US and Kenya. Prior to Soko, Liz worked as the Head of Strategy and Development at Poshly, a VC-backed big data company, launching a real-time consumer intelligence platform for the beauty industry. Liz spent over ten years at Time Inc, where she ran the digital businesses for PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly as VP and General Manager. She holds a BA from Trinity College and earned MBAs from Columbia Business School and the University of California, Berkeley where she concentrated on global strategy and innovation. Liz serves as an advisor and investor of several early-stage companies.
