Pipeline Angels Founder & CEO Natalia Oberti Noguera came across the term VC-in-Residence via Felecia Hatcher, Founder of Black Tech Week. While Hatcher’s program aims to increase entrepreneurs’ access to venture capitalists, Pipeline Angels launched the VC-in-Residence initiative to inspire members and our broader network to help change the face of venture capital by becoming LPs in VC firms led by #morevoices.

The initiative serves as both a career ladder and a bridge into VC for underrepresented talent–women, non-binary people, and men of color–from analysts and associates to individuals ready to reenter venture capital, as well as professionals interested in transitioning into VC.
