Grace Woo is the Director of Supply Chain Strategy of McCormick & Company, the global leader in the manufacturing of spices, herbs, and flavoring. Grace has over fifteen years of diverse global experience from startups to multinational companies in CPG, Financial Services, and Public Policy Consultancy. Her current work specializes in shaping and leading supply chain organization transformation to gain competitive edge in the cycles of technological changes and disruptions. Grace is part of the Healthy Retailing Working Group of Los Angeles Food Policy Council and was a mentor for aspiring entrepreneurs at SCORE Los Angeles Chapter, a volunteer organization affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She holds a BSc in Economics from LSE, a Master’s in Urban Planning from UC Berkeley and graduated from the Program of Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Originally from Hong Kong, she is also active in the foodie & makers circle in her adopted hometown of Los Angeles.
