Charlotte McKines is Managing Partner at Frontline Health Advisors LLC, a boutique advisory and strategy firm with a focus on the Life Sciences Industry. She was previously Global Vice President of Marketing Communications & Channel Strategies at Merck & Co., Inc. and led the Shared Services integration activities for the $42B merger of Merck and Schering Plough. Prior to Merck, she held a number of commercial roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and New Product Development at Ciba Geigy (Novartis), Smith Kline Beecham (GSK) and Johnson & Johnson. Charlotte is currently Board Chair for the Drueding Center which provides transitional housing for homeless women and children; leads the Governance Committee as a Trustee for Gwynedd Mercy University; and a member of the Audit Committee and Director of Holy Redeemer Health System. She also leads the Women’s Leadership Initiative for Cordaid, a Hague-based International Relief organization. Charlotte holds a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Kent State University and an MBA in HealthCare Management from Boston University and currently lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, Ken Lawrence Sr.
