Before joining Columbia Business School in 2014, Lizzie Bildner launched social enterprise Sharitive, a loyalty program connecting customers to businesses’ philanthropic decisions. Building and operating Sharitive, as well as her experience working in brand strategy and arts management, solidified Lizzie’s interest in the ways in which consumers and products interact, the method of human centered design, and creating and examining new business models. She holds a BA in Art History from Dartmouth College, an MA in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and will graduate from Columbia in May 2015. While at Columbia, Lizzie organized, ran, and participated in a session at the Social Enterprise Conference called Innovative Revenue Models. She is also on the board of InSITE Fellows, a consulting fellowship that connects graduate students with high-potential startups and provides venture capital mentorship, and of Columbia Entrepreneurs Organization. Lizzie lives in New York City.
