Kitti’s professional passion is helping corporate leaders and business owners succeed in accomplishing their business goals. As an executive coach she has partnered with 250 successful professionals to develop and leverage their executive presence and make deep connections while speaking to groups of any size. She was awarded an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Washington and completed the UCLA Executive Program. Throughout her career she has taught, mentored and inspired women in a range of professional capacities. As an adjunct professor to the University of Southern California Graduate School of Business she taught public speaking in a mini MBA program for professional women with a focus on developing their own style and voice. She started three women’s networks at a large company during a takeover to leverage women’s relationships and insight; she designed and taught a program focusing on the political realities of organizational life for women working at the Los Angeles Times. She has done pro bono work with numerous women leading not for profit organizations and assisted them to make confident and effective public “asks” to groups of potential donors. She is currently working with executives at Nordstrom and the Gates Foundation.
