Yael DeCapo

Yael DeCapo has spent her career supporting companies and investors in the acquisition process. She began as a lawyer representing Fortune 500 companies and corporate investors, as well as family-owned businesses in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance matters. Yael then transitioned to corporate development roles, specifically in the life science industry, and worked on growth strategies through acquisition and technology partnerships. She has since volunteered with nonprofits undergoing organizational change, consulted for startups, and is a lecturer at Boston University’s transactional law program. Yael has worked with organizations advocating for education for homeless children and is a member of the Advisory Council for Kingsley Montessori. Yael has a BA in Economics and an LLB from Tel-Aviv University, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston College. She lives in Boston with her family.
