Jordana Sobey, an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies Group, practices general corporate law with an emphasis on technology companies, clean technology practice, intellectual property transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2007. Jordana advises technology companies through their lifecycle in transactions ranging from private company startup financings to public company offerings, various intellectual property matters and general corporate governance. She represents clients in diverse industries such as clean technology, software, Internet applications and services and healthcare. Jordana also represents numerous venture capitalists, private equity investors and investment banks. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts. While attending law school, Jordana was an editor for the Journal of Science and Technology Law.
