Laurie is an associate in Goodwin Procter’s General Corporate Department. She covers general corporate matters, with a focus on IP transactions and Life Sciences. Laurie joined Goodwin Procter in 2006. She has received writing awards from the Boston Patent Law Association and contributed articles to the Consumer Law Finance Quarterly Report, which discuss ways to amend federal consumer protection laws in an effort to better protect consumers from potential lending abuses. Laurie is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She holds a BA, summa cum laude, from Wellesley College, an AM from Harvard University, an MBA from Clark University, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
